Updating Your Name in Document Crunch

Background
The My Profile page in Document Crunch allows users to keep their account information accurate and up to date. Updating your name ensures that your identity is correctly displayed across the platform, including in shared crunches, team views, and collaboration workflows. Users can update their first name, last name, company role, and phone number at any time directly from their account settings.
Things to Consider
Any user can update their own name — no special permissions are required.
Your email address cannot be changed from the My Profile page.
First Name and Last Name are required fields and cannot be left blank.
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Steps
From any page in Document Crunch, click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
In the menu that appears, click My Profile.
On the My Profile page, click into the First Name or Last Name field and update your name as needed.
Tip! You can also update your Company Role and Phone Number from this same page while you're here.
4. Click Save in the top-right corner.
Note: You will see a "Profile updated successfully" confirmation banner at the bottom of the screen once your changes have been saved.
