Background
This article is a quick reference for which role is required to perform each action in Document Crunch. Permissions are scoped at the Organization, Team, and Project levels, and each role is designed to reflect real-world responsibilities — giving your team the access they need without overexposing sensitive content. Things to Consider
The Organization level has a single Admin role. The Team and Project levels each have Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles.
A Team role applies to every project in that team; project assignments can elevate a user but never reduce them below their team role.
✓ means the role can perform the action; a blank (—) means it cannot.
Org Admins can do everything below across all teams and projects.
