The Help & Resources feature gives you quick, in-product access to Document Crunch’s support experience. From this integrated help center, you can view Knowledge Base articles tailored to the Document Crunch with Project Assist interface, check the Document Crunch Status page, and submit a support ticket directly to our team—so the information and help you need are always easy to find.

Steps

  1. Locate and click the Help & Resources option at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Browse available articles, search for specific topics, or explore resources relevant to your current task.
