Where to Find Provisions

Background

In the new Document Crunch, we've streamlined the way you interact with contract analysis by consolidating our AI-powered features. What was previously called "Key Provision Matches" or "Provisions" is now integrated as a Review type. This change creates a more unified experience by bringing together the familiar Document Crunch chips with our enhanced AI capabilities, making it easier to navigate between different types of contract analysis in one consistent interface.

Things to Consider

  • Provisions are now found under the Reviews section, not as a separate feature

  • The functionality remains the same, but the location and navigation have changed

  • Citation highlighting and reference chips work across all review types

Steps

Accessing Provisions:

  1. Open your crunched document and navigate to the Reviews tab

  2. From the dropdown menu at the top of the Reviews panel, select the review type you're looking for

  3. You can now browse through all provision matches using the Page References

Working with Provision References:

  1. Click on any page reference number to jump directly to that location in your document

  2. The relevant text will be highlighted and centered on your screen

  3. Chips will appear on the side of the document showing all provisions identified in that area

  4. Click on any chip to view details about that specific provision

  5. If multiple provisions reference the same area, you'll see a "View those" option to cycle through each one

Switching Between Review Types:

  1. Use the dropdown menu at the top of the Reviews panel to quickly switch between Reviews

  2. Your progress in each review is saved automatically

  3. Use the Continue where you left off option on the Overview tab to return to your last working location
