How to Login and Register in Document Crunch

Last updated: March 12, 2026

Background

The new Document Crunch maintains the same login and registration experience you're familiar with from the current version. Users join through an invitation-based process where they receive an email invitation, complete a simple registration form, and then log in to begin using the platform. The login screen offers the same authentication options available today, including password reset functionality and support for both standard username/password login and single sign-on (SSO).

Things to Consider

Single Sign-On (SSO) Changes: In the new Document Crunch, SSO is enabled at the organization level and automatically applies to all teams within that organization. This differs from the current product where SSO needed to be enabled separately for each individual team. To configure SSO for your organization, reach out to support@documentcrunch.com for assistance.
